Welcome everyone to the new academic year. I am so excited for what is to come this year and have lots of brilliant opportunities throughout. A big welcome to back to all my current students and a hello to all my new students both privately and in group sessions.
What's happening?
Private Lessons - Group Lessons - Showcase
I am excited to announce that both my private students and my group students will be performing in a showcase at the wonderful Hampton Hub Club. This is a great opportunity for students to build confidence, gain experience performing in front of an audience and work on their performance skills both individually and in a group. Watch out for more details on the showcases and how to buy tickets. For now put the dates in your diaries: Group Lesson students: Tuesday 12th December Private Lesson students: Thursday 14th December
Summer Intensive
I couldn't have been prouder of all my students who performed in our showcase at the end of our Summer Intensive week. We had such a brilliant week and I was so happy with how everything went. All my students who took part made huge improvements throughout the week and the audience were blown away by the talent on the stage. I will definitely be doing this again next summer, so if this is something you are interested in, I will send out more details early next year.
Female Choir
It won't be long now before my choir and group singing lessons start. I wanted to mention that I have now filled over half of the spaces in my choir so if you are interested, I recommend giving me a message soon so that you aren't disappointed. It's going to be such a lovely group of people and we will be straight in the deep end working towards a showcase on the 12th December. I hope to see some of you there!
Life Upon The Wicked Stage
Lastly, I have been rehearsing for the last few months, alongside some of my students a show with Tops Musical Theatre Company. I am once again really excited to perform with my students this time in a cabaret performance of Life Upon The Wicked Stage on the 22nd and 23rd of September.
